Stuck on a puzzle
Tap the Enkete icon, top left of the phone: Inès sends you a hint in three levels, only when you ask.
Restore a purchase
On the case page or in Settings, tap “Restore purchases”, using the same Apple or Google account as for the purchase.
Progress
Your progress is saved on your phone only: it is lost if you uninstall the app.
Delete your data
Enkete has no account to delete. Turning off “Help improve the investigations” in Settings deletes the measurements already sent. Uninstalling the app erases everything it kept on the phone.
