Terms of use
Updated November 5, 2026
Publisher and acceptance
Enkete is published by Yalma Studio (see the legal notice). Downloading or using the app means you accept these terms.
The game
Enkete is a detective game: each case is a character’s fictional phone, to be searched to solve the case. The first case is free; other cases are available to buy.
Characters, conversations and events are fictional. Some real places, visible on the map and in Street View, are used as settings.
No account
The game requires no account. Your progress is saved on your phone only: it is lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. Your purchases can be restored.
Purchases
- Each paid case is a one-time purchase, no subscription.
- The price, including taxes, is shown in the app and on the store before you confirm.
- Payment is collected by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms; we have no access to your payment methods.
- “Restore purchases”, in Settings, brings a purchase back on another phone with the same Apple or Google account.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, depending on the store used.
Right of withdrawal
A purchased case is digital content supplied immediately. By confirming the purchase, you request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your fourteen-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). The terms of the store used also apply.
Licence
Yalma Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Enkete privately. You may not extract, copy, resell or distribute the game’s content, or bypass the purchase system.
Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under consumer law. If a case does not work as described, email contact@yalma-studio.fr: we will fix it or, failing that, direct you to a refund.
Changes and availability
The game evolves through updates that may fix or improve the cases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the store services or providers that purchases depend on.
Liability
Yalma Studio is liable for direct damage attributable to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, in particular for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Personal data
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first email contact@yalma-studio.fr to seek an amicable solution; the consumer-protective jurisdiction rules of your country of residence still apply.
